This app allows you to raise concerns confidentially to SeeHearSpeakUp who are an independent reporting service that will act impartially to any concern that you raise that violates your organisations policies and codes of conduct. Concerns that you raise will assist Vivo Energy in its corporate duty to prevent unlawful, immoral or corrupt practices in your workplace.
All concerns raised will be assessed and followed up by key representatives from Vivo Energy. Vivo Energy want everyone who works at Vivo Energy to be confident that they can report concerns in a safe and secure manner.
You are encouraged to raise reports internally with your direct line manager. If, for whatever reason you are unable to do so, you can raise a concern through this app. Please note that failure to provide your contact details may make it more difficult to investigate your concern or provide you with appropriate feedback.
You can choose to supply us with your contact details or you can choose to remain anonymous. If you do wish to speak up and provide your personal details in confidence, your personal details will not be shared unless required by law.
